Alternative Dispute Resolution

She is the dispute resolution project consultant of ADRIstanbul for local and international public institutions, NGOs, and local governments. She is one of the founders of ADRIstanbul, and between 2015-2016 she enabled the mediation center to be operational to provide mediation services to citizens within Beşiktaş Municipality that she was working for at that time which is a first in Turkey. She continues her work in various political and non-governmental organizations, such as conflict resolution, trying peaceful ways in politics, and involving local governments in the process. She served as a district and provincial deputy chairman within the CHP and later as vice mayor. She still provides consultancy to many local administrations. She gives pieces of training on human resources and corporate culture and also continues to work on an online newspaper of her own. Starting from her university years, she has worked in many NGOs, has been the founder of many national and international associations and foundations, and has also been the chairman of her family foundations for 3 terms, as well as taking part in the management and advisory boards of many non-governmental organizations.
