Pınar graduated from Istanbul University School of Law in 1993. After government service between 1995-1998 at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce EU Affairs, she obtained her expertise in mergers and acquisitions under EU competition law. She practiced law from 1998 until 2013 and acted as managing partner in two law firms including Paksoy and Eryurekli-her co-owned firm- in areas such as corporate and commercial contracts; mergers and acquisitions, privatization; labor law and competition law. She always had a pro-active role in amicable resolution of conflicts between the parties in the projects she was involved. Pınar believes in self improvement. Upon obtaining trainings from the schools certified by International Coach Federation; and complementary trainings in Neuro Lingustic Programming, Leadership Coaching and Limbic Coaching, in 2013 she started practising as an executive coach and trainer. She has her own coaching business in which she coached many self-employed individuals and corporate managers since 2014. She brought her coaching experience into mediation and was certified as one in 2014. Since from 2018 August, she lives in the United States.
