Ayça Yalti graduated from Bahcesehir University Law School in 2008 and completed her masters in Fiscal Law at Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences in 2013. Ms. Yalti has been working as a research assistant at Bahcesehir University Fiscal Law Department since 2010 and continues to pursue her PHD in Public Finance at Istanbul University. She attended mediation training required to become a licensed mediator of Ministry of Justice, Mediation Department Turkey in 2019, she is as a registered mediator since 2021.
