Ören is one of the star mediators of AdrIstanbul’s International team. Ören has been acknowledged as a certified lawyer following duly completion of her official internship in 1985 and, since then, she actively works as a lawyer. During her career, she took different senior positions in the most reputable banking and finance institutions in Turkey until she established her legal firm in 2006.
She has been involved in mediation since 2013, received the Mediation Training in the same year, and passed the written and oral exams made by the Ministry of Justice, Turkey. Currently, she works as an Expert mediator in Mediation cases.
Ören is an IMI Certified and Accredited Mediator since 2019. She can mediate for local and international Banking and Finance disputes and complex contractual disputes. She underlines that the settlement regarding a dispute between parties is always much more beneficial for all parties than the longstanding judiciary processes. Therefore her approach to resolving a dispute and/or conflict between parties is to support the parties for reaching their win-win scenario and mediate them in this respect.

During her long and successful career, she respectively served as a lawyer in Ziraat Bank and chamber counsel in Emlak Bank, two of the largest public banking institutions in Turkey. She worked as a chamber counsel in Yapı Kredi Bank, one of the largest private banking institutions of Turkey, Then, she worked as a legal counsel in Koç Tüketici Finansman A.Ş. which is the one of the first and most important financial institution of the country. She also undertook several pro-bono mediating cases to promote and incentivize the mediation as an alternative dispute resolution.
