Thomas practices as mediator and arbitrator in commercial, economic, art, tourism, investor and state-state disputes. Moreover, he consults with businesses, governments, and international organisations and assesses dispute risks, advises on conflict management, develops risk minimisation strategies, and acts as counsel in mediations and arbitrations. Thomas offers his services in English and German, backed by his extensive experience in common and civil law, private practice, government and international organisations. A keen educator and trainer, Thomas regularly teaches dispute resolution at university level, provides elite mediation training to business and government leaders, and is the Director of one of the most significant global mediation competitions in Vienna.
